Dr. Bryan R. Conklin, is a Board certified physician in Family Medicine and has been an America’s Top Physician for the past 18 years straight. He was raised in Oregon and once graduating from his Family Medicine Residency in Detroit Michigan at Providence Hospital, he immediately returned to Eastern Oregon to practice in La Grande. Dr. Conklin has been with La Grande Family Medicine now for 17 years. An active member of the community, Dr. Conklin has been Chief of Family Medicine at Grande Ronde Hospital, Medical Director of a local hospice agency, as well as a participating physician serving at the Yellowhawk Tribal Healthcare Clinic.
Prior to medical school, Dr. Conklin graduated from Southern Utah University, with a degree in business administration, after transferring from Brigham Young University. He was in ROTC and awarded Distinguished Military Student, as well as awarded the Distinguished Military Graduate. Dr. Conklin had been an Officer in the United States Army, an OH-58 Scout Pilot, and an AH-64 Apache attack helicopter pilot. At 19 years of age, he served a 2 year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day-Saints. Dr. Conklin strongly believes in God, Country and Community, and that everyone deserves a doctor who cares about the patient.
